某变速箱用轴承保持架装配机的设计与应用

摘要

In view of a bearing in gearbox assembly holder in the process in the presence of large labor intensity, cage fracture and the retainer installed backward wait for a problem, design the manual holder assembly machine was designed so as to reduces the labor intensity, solve the cage fracture, with inverse problem and ensure the quality of products.%　　针对某变速箱用轴承在装配保持架的过程中存在的劳动强度大、保持架断裂以及保持架装反等问题，设计了手动保持架装配机，降低了劳动强度，解决保持架断裂、装反等问题，保证了产品质量
