矿山机械回转臂用推力角接触球轴承套圈加工方法分析

摘要

Because of analyzing the problems during turning and grinding the non-standard thrust angular contact ball bearings rings, the corresponding solutions were put forward, especially by turning instead of grinding, and the tool material, angle, cutting parameters and workpiece clamping methods were given, in ensuring the product quality, the processing efifciency was improved.%分析了某非标准推力角接触球轴承套圈车、磨加工中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方法，特别提出了以车代磨加工套圈的方法，并给出了刀具材料、角度、切削参数及工件装夹方式等，在保证产品质量的前提下提高了加工效率。
