针对该公司占用及浪费中继资源、严重影响正常同外界联系用户的拨打，并产生不必要的话费的问题，对数据库软件进行了一系列的修改，防止了用内部电话占用中继线及拨话务台转内部电话花市话费的问题。%The problem of internal call occupying junction resources affects the normal contact with the outside world. For solving this problem, the database software is modified to prevent internal call occupying junction line, so as to save telephone charges.
