The core value of Hong Kong's "diversity inclusion" is deeply rooted in the soil of Chinese traditional culture,echoed and associated by "friendliness" in socialism of the mainland,despite different social and political systems.Moreover,the "one country,two systems" policy fully guarantees the spirit of "diversity inclusion" and "friendliness",which is generally treated as the root of the core value in Hong Kong.To enhance the implementation of "friendliness" and "mutual tolerance" helps to build a harmonious and prosperous Hong Kong.%香港特区之核心价值观中的"多元包容"范畴植根于中华传统文化的深厚土壤中,它与社会主义核心价值观中的"友善"相互呼应.两地社会政治制度虽然不同,但其基本价值准则紧密联系.在香港特别行政区实行的"一国两制"方针充分保障了"多元包容"与"友善"精神的践行,是香港核心价值观的根基所在.增进社会的"友善"与"互相包容"水平,有助于促进香港社会的和谐与繁荣发展.
