海南产三叉苦的化学成分研究

             

摘要

海南产三叉苦[Melicope ptelefolia(Champ.exβenth.)Hartley]茎用质量分数为75%的乙醇提取,提取液依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和正丁醇充分萃取,硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱反复分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(phthalicaciddibutylester)(1),香兰素(vanillin)(2),β-谷甾醇β-sitosterol(3),木栓酮(riedelin)(4),β-胡萝卜苷(一-daucoster01)(5),leptonol(6),苯甲酸正丁异丁酯(phthalicacidbutylisobutylester)(7),methylleptolA(8),异吴莱萸酮酚(isoevodion01)(9),leptenA(10),evodione(11),东莨菪素(scopoletin)(12),其中化合物(2)、(4)、(7)、(12)首次从该植物中分离得到。%To research the chemical constituents from the stems of Melicope ptelefolia (Champ. ex Benth.) Hartley in hainan, 12 compounds were obtained by silica chromatography and preparative TLC from the stems of Melicope ptelefolia (Evodia lepta Spr. Merr.) The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modem spectroscopy as well as physico-chemical analysis. These compounds were identified to be phthalic acid dibutyl ester ( 1 ), vanillin (2), β-sitos- terol (3), riedelin (4),β-daucosterol (5), leptonol (6), phthalic acid butyl isobutyl ester (7), methylleptol A (8), isoevodionol(9), lepten A (10), evodione ( 11 ), (scopoletin) (12). Compound (2), (4), (7), (12) was isolated from Evodia lepta Spr. Merr. for the first time.
