2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者氧化应激反应、脂肪细胞因子分泌及颈动脉粥样硬化的评估

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the oxidative stress,adipocytokine secretion and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia.Methods:A total of 145 patients who were first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes melli-tus in our hospital were selected as the research subj ects and divided into hyperlipemia group who were complicated with hyper-lipidemia and control group who were not complicated with hyperlipemia according to the blood lipid test indicators.Levels of oxidative stress indexes,adipocytokines and carotid atherosclerosis-related molecules in serum were determined,and carotid ul-trasonography was conducted to determine carotid intima-media thickness and the number of atheromatous plaques.ResuIts:ox-LDL,ROS,MDA,8-iso-PGF2α,Vaspin,Chemerin,Nesfatin,Apelin,PCSK9,ANGPTL2 and VEGF content in serum of hyperlipemia group were significantly higher than those of control group,SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,T-AOC,ADPN and Visfa-tin content in serum were significantly lower than those of control group,and the mean carotid intima-media thickness and mean number of plaques were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion:The oxidative stress reaction is en-hanced,the adipocytokine secretion is disorganized and the carotid atherosclerosis is aggravated in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia.%目的：：研究2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者体内的氧化应激反应、脂肪细胞因子分泌及颈动脉粥样硬化情况.方法：选择2013年5月~2015年12月在本院首次诊断为2型糖尿病的145例患者作为研究对象，根据血脂检验指标分为合并高脂血症的高脂组和未合并高脂血症的对照组，测定血清中氧化应激指标、脂肪细胞因子以及颈动脉粥样硬化相关分子的含量，行颈动脉超声检查以及测定颈动脉内中膜厚度及粥样斑块数目.结果：高脂组患者血清中 ox-LDL、ROS、MDA、8-iso-PGF2α、Vaspin、Chemerin、Nesfatin、Apelin、PCSK9、AN-GPTL2、VEGF的含量显著高于对照组，血清中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、T-AOC、ADPN、Visfatin的含量显著低于对照组，颈动脉内中膜平均厚度、平均斑块数目均显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0．05).结论：2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者体内氧化应激反应增强、脂肪细胞因子分泌紊乱、颈动脉粥样硬化加重.
