宫颈病变内高危型HPV感染与Th细胞分化、细胞异常增殖的相关性

         

摘要

目的:探讨宫颈病变内高危型H PV 感染与 T h细胞分化、细胞异常增殖的相关性.方法:选择在本院进行妇科检查并诊断为高危型 H PV感染的患者80例、低危型H PV感染的患者64例分别作为高危型 H PV感染组、低危型H PV感染组,同期在本院进行检查的健康女性50例作为正常对照组.对比三组研究对象宫颈组织中T h1/T h2细胞因子、T h17/T reg细胞因子及增殖相关基因表达量的差异.结果:高危型 H PV 感染组宫颈组织中IL-2、IL-3的含量低于低危型 H PV 感染组、正常对照组,IL-4、IL-10的含量高于低危型 HPV 感染组、正常对照组;IL-17、IL-23、IL-6、TGF-β的含量均高于低危型HPV感染组、正常对照组;Prdx4、Furin、STAT3 mRNA的表达量高于低危型 HPV 感染组、正常对照组,FOXF2 mRNA的表达量低于低危型HPV感染组、正常对照组.结论:高危型HPV 感染可直接影响宫颈组织的T h1/T h2、T h17/T reg细胞平衡,同时促使病灶区域宫颈细胞异常增殖.%Objective:To investigate the correlation of high-risk HPV infection in cervical lesions with Th cell differen-tiation and abnormal cell proliferation.Methods:80 patients who underwent gynecological examination and were diagnosed with high-risk HPV infection and 64 patients who were diagnosed with low-risk HPV infection in our hospital between August 2016 and December 2017 were enrolled in high-risk HPV infection group and low-risk HPV infection group respectively,and 50 healthy women who underwent examination in our hospital during the same period were enrolled in normal control group.The differences in the expression levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines,Th17/Treg cytokines and proliferation-related genes in cervical tis-sue were compared among the three groups.Results:IL-2 and IL-3 levels in cervical tissue of high-risk HPV infection group were lower than those of low-risk HPV infection group and normal control group whereas IL-4 and IL-10 contents were higher than those of low-risk HPV infection group and normal control group;IL-17,IL-23,IL-6 and TGF-β contents were higher than those of low-risk HPV infection group and normal control group;Prdx4,Furin and STAT3 mRNA expression were high-er than those of low-risk HPV infection group and normal control group whereas FOXF2 mRNA expression was lower than that of low-risk HPV infection group and normal control group.Conclusion:High-risk HPV infection can directly affect the balance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg cells in cervical tissues,and promote the abnormal proliferation of cervical cells in the le-sion area.
