Clinical study on target-controlled etomidate infusion combined with surface anesthesia for senile cataract patients with phacoemulsification

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical value of target-controlled etomidate infusion combined with surface anesthesia for senile cataract patients with phacoemulsification. Methods:A total of 116 cases of patients who received phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into etomidate group (EP group) and control group, EP group received target-controlled etomidate infusion combined with surface anesthesia, control group received surface anesthesia alone, and then hemodynamic features, stress degree and tear film stability of two groups were compared. Results:During operation, HR, SBP and DBP of EP group were not significantly different from those before operation, HR, SBP and DBP of control group were significantly higher than those before operation, and intraoperative HR, SBP and DBP of EP group were significantly lower than those of control group;intraoperative serum ACTH, COR, Glu, Ins, epinephrine and norepinephrine levels of EP group were significantly lower than those of control group while BUT and SIT 1 week and 2 weeks after operation were not significantly different from those of control group. Conclusion:Target-controlled etomidate infusion combined with surface anesthesia can stabilize the intraoperative hemodynamics and reduce stress response without exacerbating tear film damage in senile cataract patients with phacoemulsification.
