摘要:为提高班组支援武器模块化、通用化、系列化水平,减少部件品种,降低装备成本,提出了一种12.7 mm大口径机枪与25 mm口径榴弹发射器通用弹性枪架方案,建立了两种武器系统的有限元分析模型,计算了其固有特性和连发射击时的膛口振动响应,分析了该弹性枪架对两种班组支援武器的振动匹配和适应性问题。计算结果表明:两种武器系统各阶振型基本一致,固有频率差异不大,刚度匹配合理;连发射击时膛口的最大位移都偏大,但在弹丸出膛瞬间,其膛口位移都在一定范围内,系统动态稳定性良好,动力匹配合理,能满足发射响应和射击精度要求。该弹性枪架可兼容上述两种武器,采用同一枪架是可行的。%For the purpose of improving modularization,generalization,serialization levels of crew served weapons,reducing part variety and lowering equipment cost,the project of a general flexible stack for 12.7 mm heavy machine guns and 25 mm automatic grenade launchers was advanced. With the finite element models of these two weapon systems established,an analysis was made of their diffe-rences of natural frequency,vibration shape,launching vibration response. A study was made of the adaptability to the above two crew served weapons. Calculation results show that their all-order vibra-tion shapes are almost uniform with the differences of natural frequency not being obvious and with the stiffness matching reasonably. When launched continuously,although the maximum muzzle displace-ments of these above two weapon systems are a bit too large,the muzzle displacements are both within limits as the projectiles reach muzzles. The dynamic stabilities of these above two weapon systems are all right,and their dynamics also match reasonably,which meets the requirements of launching re-sponse and the firing accuracy. It shows that the above two weapons are compatible on the same flexi-ble stack,and the flexible stack can be adopted for both weapons.
