对文科高职新生职业生涯认同与教育需求的调查与研究——以北京青年政治学院为例

摘要：通过对北京青年政治学院2010级新生进行的职业意识问卷调查及部分学生的深度访谈，了解文科高职院校的学生职业生涯认同与教育需求的现状，探索在目前严峻的就业形势下，文科高职院校如何才能做好职业生涯规划教育，以提高学生的个人竞争力。%The questionnaire survey on the career awareness of the freshmen of Grade 2010 from Beijing Youth Polities College and the interview in depth with parts of students presents the current situation of the career identity and demand for education for vocational college students of liberal arts, and explores how vocational colleges of liberal arts improve their career planning education to improve students individual competitiveness in the severe employment situation.
