高等中医药院校武术选项课教学内容的选择探究——以广州中医药大学为例

摘要

如何有针对性地筛选适宜合理且有价值的教学内容,是时下高校武术教学中理论和实践的焦点问题.文章运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,并结合自身教学实践,从学校实际的角度切入,分析探讨当前广州中医药大学武术选项课教学内容设置和选择中所存在的主要问题,借以窥探广州中医药大学武术选项课教学内容选择的取向.提出"文武交融、医武结合和打练并进"的特色武术教学内容,以期为高等中医院校武术教学活动的广泛深入开展提供理论和实践参考.%How to select suitable and valuable teaching content pertinently, is the focus issue of theory and practice on martial arts teaching in colleges at present.This article combined teaching practice and used methods of literature reviews、expert interview、logical analysis and so on,to analyze and discuss the main existing problem in the setting and selection of martial arts teaching content from a practical angle.In order to dig out the trend of the selection of martial arts teaching content in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.This article put forward a characteristic martial arts teaching content:coalescing polite letters with martial arts、combining medicine with martial arts and making mutual improvement both in actual combat and performance.Hoping to provide theory and practice reference for the development of martial arts teaching activities.
