浅议未成年人法律援助工作的专业化*

摘要

未成年人是生理、心理、智力尚未发育成熟的人，由未成年人的特殊性决定其法律权益的特殊性。目前我国未成年人法律援助工作的现状不甚理想，未成年人法律援助工作中存在较多的问题，要采取多种措施和方法来加强成年人法律援助工作专业化。%The j uvenile is an immature man of physiology,psychology and intelligence.These special characteristics of the j uvenile decide the special legal rights.The current situation of the legal aid to j uveniles in our country is not ideal.There are many existing problems in it.We should adopt professional countermeasures to strengthen the specialization of legal aid to the j uveniles.
