助残义务家教志愿者队伍建设的实践与思考--以广西师范学院“全国助残志愿服务示范基地”为例

“National Voluntary Demonstration Base for Helping-the-Disabled”at Guangxi Teach-ers Education University has gained a rich experience in voluntary tutoring for the disabled and made some great achievements.However,there are also some problems needed to be carefully considered, such as how to integrate the social-work value into the team-building through prospective activities and how to make this team more standardized and professionalized.%广西师范学院“全国助残志愿服务示范基地”在开展大学生助残义务家教活动中积累了丰富的经验，取得了显著的效果，但也暴露出了一些问题。如何在今后的活动中将社会工作的价值理念融入志愿队伍建设中，并进一步朝规范化、专业化方向发展，是值得我们认真思考的问题。
