高校学生资助工作二级管理体系的构建研究

摘要

随着国家和社会的高度重视，高校家庭经济困难学生的资助与教育培养已成为高校关注的重要课题。但目前众多高校尚未健全学校、院系两级学生资助管理体系，影响了资助工作开展的实效性。本文从高校院系基层单位资助工作实践的视角出发，探索构建适应院系基层单位的资助工作二级管理体系，以促进高校资助工作的科学化和整体化水平。%With the high emphasis from both the country and the society ,the financial aid and ed‐ucational cultivation to the underprivileged university students have become important projects con‐cerned by universities .However ,recently many universities have not yet improved the second‐level management systems (i e. .university and college) for students’ financial aid ,so that the efficiency of financial aid is affected .T his paper ,based on the perspective of financial aid practice by the basic u‐nits ,explores the construction of second‐level management system for financial aid so as to promote the scientific and integrated management level .
