盐酸利托君对先兆早产患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及宫颈分泌物FFN、IGFBP-1、MMP表达水平的影响

Objective:To study the influence of ritodrine hydrochloride on the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines in serum and fetal fibronectin (FFN),phosphorylated insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGFBP-1) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) expression in cervical secretion of patients with threatened premature labor.Methods:68 patients with threatened premature labor treated in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received magnesium sulfate,while those in the observation group received ritodrine hydrochloride.The success rate for tocolysis,the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines in serum and FFN,IGFBP-1 and MMP expression in cervical secretion before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate for tocolysis in the observation group was 97.06 ％,which was obviously higher than that in the control group (70.59％) (P ＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the serum Th1/Th2 cytokines levels and FFN,IGFBP-1 and MMP expression between the two groups (P ＞0.05).The levels of Th1 cytokines,FFN,IGFBP-1,MMP and interleukin (IL)-6 at 24 h,48 h and 72 h posttreatment in the observation group were lower,while the serum IL-4 and IL-10 1evels were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Ritodrine hydrochloride could improve the levels of Thl/Th2 cytokines in serum and FFN,IGFBP-1 and MMP expression in cervical secretion of patients with threatened premature labor,and effectively elevate the success rate for tocolysis.%目的:研究盐酸利托君对先兆早产患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及宫颈分泌物胎儿纤连蛋白(FFN)、磷酸化胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGFBP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)表达水平的影响.方法:选取2013年2月至2015年4月于河池市人民医院进行治疗的68例先兆早产患者为研究对象,随机分为硫酸镁治疗组(对照组)和盐酸利托君治疗组(观察组),每组34例.比较两组患者的保胎成功率、治疗前、后的血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及宫颈分泌物FFN、IGFBP-1和MMP的表达水平.结果:观察组的保胎成功率为97.06％,明显高于对照组的70.59％(P＜0.05);治疗前两组的血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及分泌物FFN、IG-FBP-1、MMP表达水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05);而治疗后24 h、48 h及72 h观察组血清Th1细胞因子、FFN、IGFBP-1、MMP、白介素(IL)6水平均明显低于对照组(均P＜0.05),血清IL-4及IL-10水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:盐酸利托君对先兆早产患者的血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及宫颈分泌物FFN、IGFBP-1、MMP表达水平有积极的改善作用,能有效提高患者的保胎成功率,具有较高的临床应用价值.
