探索高职英语教学评价新模式——引入美国TOEIC(Bridge)(托业桥)测试问题探讨

         

摘要

TOEIC Bridge(托业桥)是美国教育服务考试中心专门为初、中级英语学习者设计的可以用来测试和提高职业英语交流能力的测试。托业桥考试2007年已经被劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心引进并正式列入我国国家职业技能考试项目。引入托业桥考试对于高职高专英语教学改革具有导向与推动作用,能够更好地培养学生用英语处理与未来职业相关业务的能力,提高学生职场竞争力。%Designed for beginning and medium level learners,the TOEIC Bridge? test is the ideal starting point on the path to workplace success for English-language learners by ETS,it measures the listening and reading comprehension skills in wokplace under an international environment.TOEIC Bridge? test was first introduced into China mainland and officially launched by The Occupational Skill and Testing Authority(OSTA) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Peoples Republic of China in 2007.The Implementing TOEIC Bridge test into English teaching in vocational colleges can provide guidance for promoting English teachinglearning reform and the cultivation of the students'abilities to deal with workshop affairs in English and make a good solid foundation for enhancing students' proficiency and competitive ability in current career market.
