产能过剩,同质化竞争是当前工程装备行业面临的重要问题,在技术、质量、功能趋同的背景下,破解工程装备产品同质化竞争的主要途径,是借用设计手段,实现产品色彩、形态等视觉要素的差异化;针对工程装备产品配色方式与配色比例问题,运用了色彩基础理论、色彩心理学、感性工学、市场调研和统计分析等方法,得出三组(编号为A4-4、B2-4、C2-4)工程装备产品主辅色彩的配色方案,并以装载挖掘机为例,对配色方案进行了验证,达到预期结果;然后结合设计实例,初步提出了一套工程装备产品外观配色设计的配色比例区间,为工程装备产品的配色设计提供参考。%Excess capacity is a major problem faced by the engineering equipment industry, which can be solve this problem by design. This article uses of the basic theory of color, color psychology, kansei engineering, market research, statistical analysis and other methods, to solve the problem of color matching and color matching on construction machinery, and getting three kinds of color matching scheme (numbered A4-4, B2-4, C2-4) and then, taking excavator as an example, the color scheme is verified, achieving the desired results.
