溶液自蔓延高温合成铁酸镍纳米粉末

         

摘要

应用溶液自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术,制备了NiFe2O4纳米粉末,通过热重差热(TG-DTA)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM),对纳米粒子的组成、结构、形貌、粒径进行了分析和表征.%NiFe2O4 nanoparticles were successfully prepared at room temperature and atmospheric pressure by solution SHS method without adjusting pH values of reaction system. The results of XRD and TEM analysis showed the NiFe2O4 nanoparticles were spherical, and their average particle sizes were 10 nm. The as-prepared nanometer NiFe2O4 powder was calcined at 600℃, 750℃, 850℃, 950℃ and 1 050℃ for 2 h, respectively; their average diameters increased from 12 nm to 34 nm.
