基于HJ-1的瀑布沟水电站工程建设生态环境影响遥感监测与分析

     

摘要

Taking the China HJ-1 A/B multi-spectral imagery as the main data sources,combining it with the Landsat TM multi-spectral data, the land use data around Pubugou hydropower station from 2003 to 2011 were derived. The dynamic index of integrated land use, transfer matrix and land ecosystem service value were calculated. A quantitative analysis of the conditions of the land use and ecological environment index around Pubugou hydropower station during its construction period (2003-2011) was conducted with GIS techniques. The results show that during the course of the construction of the station(2003-2007), the change of its land use was not big and the impact on the ecological environment is not great. But during the period of 2007-2011 the water area outspread rapidly around the hydropower station and the land use type also changed drastically, and the impact on the ecosystem was getting bigger accordingly. The phe- nomenon that the biological abundance index and the ecosystem services value are rising illustrates that the local ecology and environment were getting better. However, the potential impact that will arouse from it should be never ignore.%以我国自主的环境卫星(HJ-1A/B)多光谱影像为主要数据源,结合Landsat TM多光谱影像数据,获取瀑布沟水电站周边2003-2011年三期土地利用数据.引入综合土地利用动态度、转移矩阵并结合土地生态系统服务价值,在GIS技术支持下定量地获取分析瀑布沟水电站工程建设过程中周边土地利用情况以及生态环境指数.结果表明:2003-2007年瀑布沟水电站工程建设期间,土地利用类型变化的程度不高,生态环境影响不大;2007-2011年瀑布沟水电站流域水域迅速扩张,土地利用类型剧烈变化,生态环境影响较大;生物丰度状况指数以及土地生态系统服务价值的上升,说明该地区生态环境状况逐渐趋好,但潜在影响不可忽视.
