PHC 管桩单桩承载力确定的应用研究

摘要

以 PHC 管桩处理某高层住宅地基基础为依托，对 PHC 管桩单桩承载力进行了计算。通过静载荷试验，对管桩的实测承载力与计算值之间的差异进行了对比分析。结果表明：调整后的计算结果更加接近实测值，验证了调整后计算公式的实际意义。%Taking the PHC pipe pile's treatment of the high-rise housing foundation as the basis,and make calculation on the PHC Pipe single pile bearing capacity.Through the static load test,it makes comparative analysis on the differences between the actual bearing capacity of pipe pile and the calculation value:making calculation after applying the adjusted formula.It finds that the calculation results after adjustment is clos-er to the actual values,showing the actual sense of the adjusted calculation formula.
