密闭呼吸型平板太阳能集热器的设计

         

摘要

通过分析现有平板集热器腔体结构缺陷,提出密闭呼吸型腔体结构技术理念,给出密闭呼吸型平板太阳能集热器的技术解决方案.对改进后的集热器进行强度试验、正压试验、浸水试验、强射水试验.结果表明,该设计解决了一直困扰国内外同类平板太阳能集热器的水雾、渗水、积尘、返潮、吸热膜退化、管板腐蚀和内外压平衡等难题.%This paper analyzes the structure defects of current flat-plate solar collector chamber to propose the technique concept of closed respiratory type chamber structure and give out the technical solution of closed respiratory type flat-plate solar collector.This solar collector has been verified with strength test,positive pressure test,submerging test and strong hose test.The test results show that this design has solved the various challenges of domestic and foreign flat-plate solar collector of the same kind,such as spray,water penetration,dirt retention,moistening,endothermic membrane degradation,tube plate corrosion and internal and external pressure balance.
