博阳河特大桥连续梁0#块托架设计与施工

     

摘要

托架的设计是连续梁成果施工的基本保障,以博阳河特大桥(40+64+64+40)m连续梁的施工为背景,详细介绍了36#墩上的0#块托架的设计与施工工艺.采用有限元软件对该连续梁0#块托架设计进行力学分析与检算,并通过0#块的施工证明了该托架的在15 m墩高范围内具有安全稳定、经济适用、循环利用等优点,为类似工程提供了参考依据.%Design of the bracket is a basic guarantee of construction of continuous beam.Taking the con-struction of continuous beams of super-large bridge in Boyang River (40 +64+64+40)m,the design and construction technique of 0 # brackets on the 36 # pier was introduced in detail.The finite element software was used to carry out mechanical analysis and check and calculation of design of 0 # brackets of this contin-uous beam,and the construction of 0 # block proved that this bracket was stable,affordable and recycling within the range of 15 m pier,which provides a reference basis for similar engineering.
