基于超效率模型和Malmquist指数的中国省际工业部门能源效率研究

     

摘要

采用考虑非期望产出的超效率DEA模型评估我国30个省份工业部门的能源效率,并采用Malmquist指数对能源效率值进行动态分析.结果表明:东部地区的工业部门能源效率高于中部和西部地区,并且地区间的差距较大,其中北京、上海、广州和天津的工业部门能源效率值最高,宁夏和贵州的工业部门能源效率值最低.同时,研究期间我国工业部门的能源效率值呈上升趋势,年均增长3.1%,表明我国工业正在向低碳模式转变,但是地区间的差距未能缩小.最后根据分析结果,提出相对应的政策建议.%The research for energy efficiency of industrial department has become focus of discussion due to low carbon mode of Chinese industry.Energy efficiency of industrial departments in 30 provinces was evaluated by DEA model;on basis of the above,energy efficiency value was analyzed dynamically by Malmquist.The result showed that the energy efficiency in east area is higher than that in middle and west area,and there is big difference among regions.Among them,the energy efficiency in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Tianjin is the highest,lowest in Ningxia and Guizhou.During the researching period,the energy efficiency in China is increasing,with a annual rise of 3.1%.the result shows that the industry in China is in the stage of low carbon,but the difference among regions is still big.At last,corresponded suggestions are suggested based on the above results.
