凝胶-微乳液化学剪裁法合成纳米级棒状NiTiO3

         

摘要

Nickel titanate (NiTiO3) nanorods with a diameter of 40~ 100nm and a length of 150~700nm have been prepared by gel-mieroemulsion chemical tailoring method. The gel prepared by nickel chloride and Ti(OC4 H9 )4 was tailored and reduced with KBH4 in quaternary sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)-butanol-heptane/water microemulsion, and then calcined at 500℃ for 30min. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction characterizations indicated that NiTiO3 nanoerystallites were rod-shaped ilmenite structures with trigonal system. TEM images of the samples indicated that with increasing of the calcination time from 30min to 180min at 500℃ the as-prepared particles grew from spherical to rod-like shape, then to irregular rodlike shape, last to large tetragonal granular-shaped or short columnar-shaped crystallites. The particle size of NiTiO3 crystallite and morphology were influenced by the temperature and the time of calcination.%用钛酸丁酯和NiCl2制备凝胶,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/正丁醇/正庚烷/水组成的四元微乳液体系对凝胶进行化学剪裁并用KBH4还原,然后在500℃下煅烧30min,得到了直径为40~100nm,长度为150~700nm的纳米棒状NiTiO3.并用TEM和XRD对产物的物相和结构进行表征.XRD结果表明,NiTiO3晶体呈纳米棒状,属于钛铁矿结构的三方晶系.TEM分析表明,在500℃煅烧,随着煅烧时间的延长,制备的颗粒从球形变为棒状,最后变为四方粒状、短柱状晶体.NiTiO3的粒径和形貌与煅烧温度和煅烧时间有关.
