钛锡酸锶钡Ba1-xSrxTi0.90Sn0.10O3陶瓷的结构与介电性能

     

摘要

The Ba1-xSrxTi0.90 Sn0.10O3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional ceramic method. The crystalline structure and morphology were studied by XRD and SEM, respectively. The dielectric constant and loss as a function of temperature and ex ternal bias electric field were investigated. Experimental results show that with the increasing of sintering temperature, the peak value of the permittivity increases dramatically and the dielectric loss increases at ferroelectric state while does not change appar ently at paraelectric state. The maximum tunability of 82.6% at applied electric field of 20kV/cm is achieved from Ba0.86Sr0.14Ti0.90Sn0.10O3 under the sintering condition of 1300℃ for 2h.%采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了一系列的钛锡酸锶钡Ba1-xSrxTi0.90Sn0.10O3陶瓷.通过X射线衍射分析了样品的相结构,采用扫描电子显微镜描述了样品的形貌.还研究了介电常数和介电损耗随温度和电场的变化.试验结果表明:用传统的固相反应法制备的钛锡酸锶钡陶瓷的相结构为钙钛矿结构.随着烧结温度的提高,介电常数的峰值呈显著增加,介电损耗在铁电区增加但在顺电区没有明显变化.当Sr的掺入量为14%时得到最大的可调率为82.6%.
