负载羟基磷灰石活性炭的制备及除氟性能

Corn straw activated carbon was prepared with NH4 H2 PO4 as activator by the physical-chemical acti-vation method,which was researched systematically.Hydroxyapatite (HAP)was loaded on the preparation of the activated carbon,and fluoride ion adsorption of the activated carbon supported HAP dynamics,thermody-namics was studied.The results showed that the optimized process conditions were 1∶4 of dipping ratio,700℃of activation temperature,60 minutes of activation time.The specific surface area of the activated carbon sup-ported HAP was half of the activated carbon,but the suction fluorine ability increased 14 times.High tempera-ture was conducive to adsorption,adsorption process of activated carbon supported HAP was more suitable to Langmuir adsorption model.ΔG was less than zero in adsorption process,ΔH was 20.08kJ/mol andΔS was 72.14J/(mol·K).Kinetic experiments showed that the adsorption process was in line with the level of dynam-ic model.%以 NH4 H2 PO4为活化剂,采用物理-化学活化法对玉米秸秆活性炭的制备进行了系统研究;对制备出的活性炭进行羟基磷灰石(HAP)负载,并对负载H AP活性炭的水中氟离子吸附动力学、热力学进行了研究。结果表明,优化工艺条件为浸渍比1∶4、活化温度700℃、活化时间60min。负载 HAP 活性炭较活性炭比表面积减小约1倍,但除氟能力增加14倍。升高温度有利于吸附的进行,负载 H AP 活性炭吸附过程更符合 Langmuir 吸附模型。吸附过程中ΔG<0,ΔH 为20.08kJ/mol,ΔS 为72.14J/(mol·K)。吸附过程符合一级动力学模型。
