A thaumasite form of sulfate attack accelerated test was carried out to investigate the effect of different water reducing agents on thaumasite formation.Mortar samples were immerged in MgSO4 solution at 5 %concentration.The appearance,strength and expansion ratio of corroded samples was observed.Besides,the corrosion products were also analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrum,infrared spectrum methods and laser Raman spectrum analysis.The results show that the resistance to thaumasite sulfate attack (TSA) is different for the variety of water reducing agents.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can't resist TSA damage effectuall,but it exhibits a good resistance to the TSA.%研究了不同系列减水剂(萘系、脂肪族和聚羧酸系)对硫酸盐侵蚀下碳硫硅钙石形成的影响及机理.将样品浸泡在5℃,质量分数5%的MgSO4溶液中,观察侵蚀后样品的外观、强度及膨胀率,并对腐蚀产物进行X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜分析、能谱分析、红外光谱分析及激光Raman光谱分析.结果表明,碳硫硅酸钙型硫酸盐侵蚀程度与外加剂品种有关,聚羧酸减水剂不能防止TSA破坏,但聚羧酸减水剂较其它两种减水剂抗硫酸盐侵蚀效果好.
