正交实验法优化磁性纳米树形高分子对染料RBk5的吸附条件∗

     

摘要

In this research,coprecipitation method was adopted to prepare Fe3 O4 .Then dendrimer was used to modify Fe3 O4 and formed magnetic polymer composite (MNP-Gn ,n for the generation of dendrimer).The spe-cific surface area and pore volume were tested by N2 adsorption/desorption analyzer.The magnetic properties, the elementary composition and the crystal structure were characterized by VSM,EDS and XRD.The results showed that the material was magnetic and composed by Fe3 O4 ,and it can be reused by applying magnetic fields.Through orthogonally designed experiments,the optimal adsorption conditions of dendrimer modified magnetic nanoparticles for RBk5 dyes were obtained,which correspond to pH of 5,adsorption temperature of 25,the dye concentration of 30 mg/L,adsorbent dosage of 0.8 g/L.%利用共沉淀法制备 Fe3 O4磁性纳米颗粒,并与纳米树形高分子结合,最终形成具有磁性的树形高分子复合材料(MNP-Gn ,n 为树形高分子的分子代).采用氮气等温吸附-脱附比表面积及孔径测定仪对MN P-G n 的比表面积及孔隙体积进行了测试,采用VSM、EDS 和 XRD 等设备对 MNP-Gn 的磁性、元素组成和晶型结构进行了表征分析.结果表明,该复合材料中含有 Fe3 O4,具有磁性,可以通过外加磁场将MNP-Gn 吸附剂高效回收.由正交实验可知,在 p H值、温度、染料浓度和吸附剂添加量4个影响吸附量的因素中,pH 值的影响性显著,其次是温度的影响较大,同时得出最佳的吸附条件为pH 值为5,温度为25℃,染料浓度为30 mg/L,吸附剂添加量为0.8 g/L.
