总结了近年来金属氧化物形貌控制上取得的成就,从气敏材料、锂离子电池、超级电容器、生物传感材料、催化剂等方面的应用阐述了金属氧化物形貌对其性能的影响,说明了金属氧化物形貌控制的重要性。同时,还介绍了不同形貌材料的制备方法如物理法、模板法、无模板法等,总结了几种典型形貌的制备过程和形成机理,并概述了一般的形貌调控手段。%In recent years,metal oxide morphology control has made great achievements.It’s vital to control the morphology of metal oxide to improve its performance,which was proved from the application of sensing mate-rial,lithium-ion batteries,super capacitors,bio-sensing materials,catalysts,etc.In this paper,the process of the preparation of several typical morphologies and its formation principle was summed up,and an overview of the control methods for general morphology was introduced.
