Silver nanowires were synthesized from silver nitrate by polyol process with ethylene glycol as reduc-ing agent and the reaction solution,polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP)as the surfactant.The influence of the reaction temperature and the adding amount of titanium dioxide (P25 )in the mixed system on the length of silver nanowires were studied.The morphologies of silver products were investigated using scanning electron micros-copy (SEM),the structure of AgNWs were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),the transmit-tance of the silver nanowires film at different wavelength between 350 nm to 1 100 nm were investigated using UV visible transmission spectroscopy (UV-Vis).The results show that when the temperature is 140 ℃,and the addition of 4mg P25 in the reaction system,the average length of silver nanowires is the longest,the trans-mittance at 550 nm of silver nanowire film is 88% while the sheet resistance of the film is 12.1 Ω/□.%利用多元醇热法,以乙二醇为溶剂和还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂,硝酸银为银源,讨论了温度和二氧化钛(P25)在混合体系中的添加量对银纳米线长度的影响.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对银纳米线的形貌进行了表征,利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)分析了银纳米线的晶体结构,利用紫外可见透射光谱分析了在350~1100 nm波段内的银纳米薄膜的透光性能.研究表明,当温度为140℃,且在反应体系中添加4 mg P25时,银纳米线的平均长度最长,制备的银纳米线薄膜透过率在550 nm为88%时,薄膜方块电阻为12.1Ω/□.
