The (Zr56Al16Co28)100-XYX(X=0,2,4)alloy samples were prepared by single roller melt spinning in high vacuum.Effects of Y on corrosion behavior of samples in 1 mol/L HCl solution were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Electrochemical polarization curve,Scanning electron microscope(SEM).A first-principles plane-wave pseudo-potential method (PWP)and generalized gradient approximation (GGA)method based on the density functional theory(DFT)was used to investigate the Influence Mechanism of corrosion resistance. The results indicated:corrosion resistance of the Zr-Al-Co-Y alloy was better than 1Cr18Ni9Ti,and moderate of Y addition can increase fermi level,promote the formation of a passive film and improve the corrosion resist-ance of Zr-Al-Co-Y remarkably.%采用真空单辊甩带法制备出成分为(Zr56 Al16 Co28)100-X YX (X=0,2,4)的合金试样,利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、电化学极化曲线和场发射扫描电镜(SEM)研究了 Y 对 Zr-Al-Co 非晶合金在1 mol/L HCl 溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波赝势法(PWP)和广义梯度近似(GGA)方法分析耐蚀性的影响机理。结果表明,(Zr56Al16Co28)100-XYX(X=0,2,4)非晶合金的耐腐蚀性能优于不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti),适量地添加稀土元素Y能提高非晶合金费米能级,促进钝化膜形成,从而显著提高了非晶合金的耐腐蚀性。
