量子点敏化太阳能电池对电极的研究进展

         

摘要

Quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs)have attracted much attention in the past few years be-cause of low cost,easy fabrication,size-dependence bandgap and multiple exciton generation (MEG)of quan-tum dots (QDs)and high theoretical photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE).The counter electrode as an im-portant part of QDSSCs is one of the key factors that influence the performance of QDSSCs.This review demon-strates the development of counter electrodes.Furthermore,the classification,preparation methods and the ad-vantages and disadvantages of counter electrodes are introduced in detail.Finally,the future research direction of counter electrodes is prospected.%量子点敏化太阳能电池(quantum dot sensitized solar cells,QDSSCs)因其制备成本低、工艺简单及量子点(QDs)本身的优异性能(如尺寸效应和多激子效应)和高的理论转化率等优点,近年来受到广泛关注.对电极是QDSSCs的重要组成部分,也是影响电池性能重要因素之一.综述了对电极的研究进展,着重介绍了对电极材料的分类、制备方法及优缺点,并就对电极的发展前景进行了展望.
