莲藕基活性炭对Fe(Ⅲ)的识别及去除性能研究

     

摘要

稀土元素是一种重要的战略资源,但是稀土材料中的微量Fe杂质会对稀土材料的性能产生严重的危害.以莲藕为碳源,KOH为活化剂,炭化合成了一系列含氮活性炭AC-LR,并对其进行了比表面分析、元素分析和红外表征,研究了AC-LR对稀土中Fe(Ⅲ)的识别和去除性能.凭借丰富的含氮功能基团,AC-LR-400对Fe(Ⅲ)的吸附容量达25.89 mg/g,去除率高达99.61%.相对于La(Ⅲ)、AC-LR-400对Fe(Ⅲ)的选择性系数高达8.9.此外,AC-LR-400还具有良好的再生与重复使用性能.%Rare earth elements are important strategic resources.However,trace Fe(Ⅲ) impurity in rare earth materials can seriously damage the performance of rare earth materials.In this paper,AC-LR,nitrogen-contai-ning carbon materials,was synthesized using lotus root as raw materials,KOH as activator.The AC-LR was characterized by surface area analyzer,elemental analysis and FT-IR.The recognition and removal properties of AC-LR towards Fe(Ⅲ) were investigated.With rich nitrogen-containing functional groups,the adsorption ca-pacity of AC-LR-400 towards Fe(Ⅲ) could reach 25.89 mg/g and removal rate towards Fe(Ⅲ) was 99.61%. Relative selectivity coefficients towards Fe(Ⅲ) was 8.9,with respect to La(Ⅲ).Besides,AC-LR-400 possessed better regeneration ability and reusability.
