硫的高理论比容量使它成为锂电池最具前景的正极材料之一.为解决锂硫电池在实际应用中存在的问题,通过水合肼脱氧碳前驱体的方法制备出脱氧碳,然后均匀包覆在CNT-S材料表面,形成一种脱氧碳包覆结构.XRD和SEM分析可知,硫均匀的负载在CNT表面,外表包覆了一层细腻的脱氧碳.电化学测试表明,这种材料相对于CNT-S复合材料表现出更高的比容量和更好的循环稳定性.%Sulfur is one of the most promising cathode material for lithium batteries as it possesses high theoreti-cal specific capacity.In order to solve the problems encountered in the practical application of lithium-sulfur bat-tery,in this work,the deoxidized carbon coating is fabricated by deoxidizing carbon precursor to encapsulate carbon nanotube-sulfur nanocomposite,forming a deoxidized carbon-wrapped CNT-S nanostructure.The nano-composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that sulfur was uniformly distributed across the CNT,and a layer of deoxidized carbon coated on the surface of CNT-S nanocomposite.The electrochemical test results showed that this kind of material exhibits high specific capacity and cycle stability in comparison with CNT-S nanocomposite.
