添加β-环糊精/银复合抗菌剂的硅橡胶的制备及抗菌性能的研究

     

摘要

In this paper,the synthesis ofβ-CD/Ag nanocomposites using chemical reduction method in the pres-ence of glucose as a reducing agent andβ-CD as a stabilizer was described.Antibacterial silicone rubber was ob-tained by adding β-CD/Ag nanocomposites to medical liquid silicone rubber with physical blending.The surface morphology and related structures of AgNPs (silver nanoparticles)were detected by UV-Vis,FT-IR,TEM and XRD.The antibacterial activity of β-CD/Ag nanocomposites and antibacterial silicone rubber were tested by mini double broth dilution and sticking membrane method.The results confirmed that the UV absorption peak of AgNPs was 416 nm,when the concentration ofβ-CD was 20 mmol/L,which was the typical absorption peak of AgNPs.The particle size was 30 nm,andβ-CD was effectively coated on the surface of AgNPs.Without the addition ofβ-CD,Ag particles had no obvious absorption peak and their particle size was larger.The MIC of 20 mmol/Lβ-CD/AgNPs to Escherichia coli was 16 μg/mL,and the antibacterial rate was 99% when added to the silicone rubber (0.1 5%),showing a strong antibacterial effect.%使用化学还原法,葡萄糖作为还原剂,β-CD 作为稳定剂制备出β-CD/AgNPs 复合抗菌剂,通过物理共混加入到医用液体硅橡胶中,得到抗菌性硅橡胶.通过 UV-Vis、FT-IR、TEM、XRD 检测 AgNPs(银纳米颗粒)表面形态和相关结构,采用微量肉汤二倍稀释法和贴膜法检测β-CD/AgNPs 复合抗菌剂、抗菌性硅橡胶的抗菌性.结果表明,当β-CD浓度为20 mmol/L时,所得的 AgNPs 的紫外吸收峰为416 nm,为典型 AgNPs 吸收峰;粒径为30 nm,β-CD有效的包覆在AgNPs表面.而不加β-CD 所制的 Ag 粒子没有明显的吸收峰且粒径较大.20 mmol/Lβ-CD/AgNPs对大肠杆菌的最小抑制浓度为16 μg/mL,添加到硅橡胶中含量为0.15%时抗菌率达99%,具有强抗菌作用.
