碳纳米管气凝胶/天然橡胶复合材料的性能研究

         

摘要

碳纳米管气凝胶是一种具有分散特性的碳纳米管,通过自主研究开发的实验装置制备了碳纳米管气凝胶,并通过传统工艺制备了碳纳米管气凝胶/天然橡胶复合材料,研究了该复合材料的机械性能和导热性能等,结果证明该复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和导热性能等较炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料分别提高了47%,52%,49. 9%,同时揭示了碳纳米管气凝胶良好的分散特性及其广阔的应用前景.%Carbon nanotube aerogel is a kind of carbon nanotube with dispersed properties.In this paper,carbon nanotube aerogels were prepared by independent research and development.The carbon nanotube aerogelsatu-ral rubber composites were prepared by traditional crafts.The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the as-prepared composites were studied.The results suggest that the tensile strength,tear strength and ther-mal conductivity of the composites are 47%,52% and 49.9%,respectively higher than those of the carbon blackatural rubber composites,and reveal the good dispersion characteristics and broad application prospects of the carbon nanotube aerogels.
