The fraud is a kind of economic crime committed frequently in recent years,the discussion on its measures is of practical significance to keep down this kind of crime.The frauds are typical crimes suffered on transaction,which depends on the positive ＂cooperation＂ with and ＂compliance＂ on the actor by the victim.The examination on structures and characteristics of such a crime is able to present the interaction between the offender and the victim,and to provide empirical evidence for the prevention countermeasures from such crimes.%诈骗犯罪是近年来发案率较高的经济犯罪,针对其对策的探讨对于遏制这类犯罪具有十分重要的实践价值。诈骗犯罪属于典型的交易被害型犯罪,它的完成有赖于被害人对行为人的积极＂配合＂与＂服从＂。对该类犯罪的结构特征进行考察,能够清晰地展现出加害人与被害人之间的互动关系,并为提出该类犯罪的预防对策提供实证基础。
