As an effective way to raise and assess teachers' professional competence, highly regarded in recent years. However, due to the lack of authentic theoretical support episode teaching has been and paradigm used for ref- erence, the connotation of virtue situation ,one of its characteristics, is not so well comprehended, which leads to improper operation in practice. Taking the First Provincial Teaching Skills Competition (Senior High School) as an example, the paper intends to find out the problems occurred during the process of episode teaching, analyzes the reasons, and on the basis come up with four pieces of suggestions to hoist the level of episode teaching.%近年来,片段教学作为教师业务培训和业务考核的有效手段倍受青睐。但是由于缺乏成熟的理论支撑和范式借鉴,片段教学的虚拟情境性在实践中存在着内涵理解不到位而出现操作偏差的现象。论文以福建省首届教师教学技能大赛(高中组)为例,分析选手在片段教学过程中出现的问题,剖析产生问题的原因。在此基础上,提出了提高片段教学能力水平的四项对策建议。
