RP-HPLC法测定镇痫片红参的含量以三七皂感R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1总量计

摘要

Objective:To determine the content of Indirubin by RP-HPLC in zhen xian pian .Methods: The determination was carried out with Symmetry C-18column.The mobile phase.consisted of CH3CN、H2O. The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detective wavelength was at 203nm.Results:The content of Indirubin can be determined by RP-HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 1~5g.The average recoveries were 99.8% respectively.Conclution: The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of zhen xian pian.%目的：RP-HPLC法测定镇痫片红参的含量以红参皂感R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1总量计。方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱；流动相：乙腈：水梯度洗脱，检测波长为203nm；流速为1.0ml/min。结果：红参线性范围1～5mg，平均回收率为99.9%，RSD=0.4%(n=5)。结论：方法简便，结果准确。能有效控制复方红参胶囊的质量。
