使用多端开关网络的多电平逆变器拓扑研究

     

摘要

多电平逆变器输出端有多级输出电平数、小的输出波形THD、低的器件电压应力及低的系统EMI, 波形更接近正弦波, 因而多电平逆变器的理论和应用研究得到了广泛重视.在传统二极管箝位型三电平拓扑基础上增加一个三端开关网络, 构建了新型五电平逆变器拓扑.仿真实验表明, 这种新型五电平逆变器输出频率为桥臂开关频率的2倍, 此拓扑可以用更小的滤波电感, 且减小了输出谐波.通过对比分析新型五电平拓扑与二极管箝位型三电平拓扑可知, 新型多电平逆变器拓扑易于扩展、损耗小及成本低.多端开关网络的引入为多电平逆变器拓扑的拓展提供了一种新的思路和方法.%Due to multilevel inverters can output multilevel output level, closer to sine waves, small output waveform THD, low voltage stress, low system advantages of EMI, and the output waveform is closer to the sine wave, multilevel inverters are widely recognized, and get a certain application. In this paper, a three-terminal switching network is added to the diode-clamped type three-level topology, and a new five-level inverter topology is constructed. The simulation results show that the output frequency of this new five-level inverter is double the switching frequency of the bridge arm, so this topology can use smaller filter inductance, and also reduce the output harmonics. By comparing the new five-level topology and diode-clamped type topology, it can be seen that the new multi-level inverter topology is easy to expand, has low loss and low cost. Using multi-terminal switching network provides a new idea and method for multi-level inverter topology expansion.
