项目管理信息化二维成熟度的模糊综合评价

摘要

考虑到项目管理信息化应该从项目管理和信息化两个维度进行评价，本文率先提出了项目管理信息化二维成熟度的概念，设计了以项目管理47个管理过程为基础的项目管理信息化二维成熟度评价指标，并基于PMBOK和模糊综合评判法创建了项目管理信息化二维成熟度的评价体系。%Considering that project management and informatization should be evaluated from two dimen-sions between project management and informatization, the Article first puts forward the concept of two-dimensional maturity of project management informatization, and designs the evaluation indexes on the basis of 47 management procedures of project management. The evaluation system of two-dimensional maturity of pro-ject management informatization is created based on PMBOK and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.
