重大工程项目社会稳定风险定量评估——以某矿井及选煤厂项目为例

     

摘要

With new century, the scale of construction of major projects in China are constantly expanding, and the social stability risk assessment of major projects has been paid more and more attention. Based on the ref-erence carding of stability of significant risk evaluation of engineering project, this paper researches stability of construction risk assessment index system from the rationality, legality, safety, feasibility, also refines and screens the evaluation index system based on the information entropy. By the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and integrated weighting method to the risk of social stability on major projects assessment, the research finally intro-duces the analysis of actual case study and the results suggest that the social stability risk assessment system con-structed is effective.%进入新世纪以来,我国重大工程项目的建设施工的数量与规模都在不断扩大,而重大工程项目社会稳定风险评估(Engineering of Social Stability Risk Assessment)也越来越受到社会各界的重视.在梳理学术界对重大工程项目稳定性风险评估体系研究文献的基础上,从合理性、合法性、安全性、可行性、可控性等五个方面构建稳定性风险评估指标体系,并利用信息熵对评估指标体系进行细化与筛选,利用模糊综合评价法与综合集成赋权法来对重大项目的社会稳定性风险进行评估,最后引入实际案例进行研究分析,结果表明本文所构建的重大工程项目社会稳定风险评估体系有效.
