摘要

As a constituent element of amino acids,nitrogen plays an important role in nourishing plants,animals and other forms of life.Although the atmosphere is rich in nitrogen gas(N_(2)),the highly inert N≡N bond makes it difficult for most organisms to directly utilize N_(2).The supply of nitrogen in the biological chain mainly depends on the slow conversion of N_(2) to ammonia(NH3)by biological nitrogen fixation[1].
