熄风祛痰化瘀通络法治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察∗

摘要

目的：观察熄风祛痰化瘀通络法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将110例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，对照组采用抗血小板聚集、改善循环、脑保护剂及对症支持等西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服醒脑通栓丸以熄风祛痰化瘀通络，两组疗程均为2个月。结果治疗组临床总有效率为87.27%，明显高于对照组的65.45%（P<0.05）。治疗组与对照组治疗后临床症状积分分别为（18.06±4.10）分、（26.17±5.21）分，明别低于治疗前的（37.65±7.41）分、（35.94±8.31）分（P<0.05），两组比较，治疗组症状积分变化优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前降低（P<0.05），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后全血黏度低切、红细胞聚集指数和纤维蛋白原均较治疗前改善（P<0.05）；两组比较治疗组改善情况均优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后治疗组与对照组hs-CRP分别为（3.08±1.47）mg/L、（3.64±0.85）mg/L，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组临床神经功能缺损程度评分分别为（17.36±3.42）分、（25.91±3.8）分，均较治疗前改善（P<0.05）。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组日常生活能力评分分别为（65.43±4.93）分、（51.62±5.72）分，均较治疗前改善（P<0.05）。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论熄风祛痰化瘀通络法治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of expelling wind and removing phlegm and blood stasis and dredging collaterals in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:110 cases of acute cerebral in⁃farction were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The control group were given convention⁃al western medicine,while the treatment group Xingnao thrombus pill on the basis of control group.Treatment for 2 months. Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective integral of treatment group(87.27%)were superior to the control group(65.45%)(P<0.05). The treatment group and the control group after treatment,blood lipid, blood rheology indexes were significantly different(P<0.05);After treatment,the clinical neurological impair⁃ment score,ADL scores of treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The cu⁃rative effect of expelling wind and removing phlegm and blood stasis and dredging collaterals in treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly has good effect.
