20世纪30年代崔载阳的民族中心教育理论研究

     

摘要

Chinese Education in 1930s was influenced deeply by nationalism.Cui Zai-yang was one of the researchers who conducted study earlier on nation-centered education in the trend of nationalism educa-tion during this period.From study on nation-centered primary school curriculum to presentation of gener-al nation-centered educational theory and then the formation of nation-centered educational philosophy,Cui constructed systematic nation-centered educational theory.On the basis of the “collaborating and progres-sive”national culture of China,using Emile Durkheim’s and John Dewey’s theories as methodology,the theory has strong color of rational nationalism and shows harmony between the relationship between na-tionalism and liberalism,with nationalism as end and liberalism as means.The form of this kind of theory construction also reflects the thought trying to dissolve sino-west binary conflicts.%20世纪30年代的中国教育,深受民族主义的影响。崔载阳是这一时期民族主义教育大潮中较早对民族中心教育进行研究的学者。从对民族中心的小学课程研究开始,到民族中心教育一般理论的提出,直至民族中心教育哲学的形成,崔载阳构建了系统的民族中心教育理论。这一理论以“协进”的中国民族文化为基础,以涂尔干、杜威的学说为方法论,具有浓厚的理性民族主义色彩;在民族主义与自由主义的关系上,呈现出一种民族主义为目的、自由主义为手段的和谐。这种理论建构方式,也体现了力图化解中西二元冲突的思想。
