教育伦理学的新问题与新思考

     

摘要

The ethical issues inherent in the educational internationalization,educational informatiza-tion and educational reform have become increasingly prominent and are in urgent need of attention.From the perspective of educational ethics,the essence of educational internationalization is the formation of a large global educational market.This raises the need to deal with the relationships appropriately between government,educational institutions,educational providers and students,and establish the value stand-point and behavior standard for operating the global educational market.Educational informatization has led to enormous change in the operation mode and ecological structure of educational system.This raises the need to build the value norm for managing virtual educational world,enhance the ethical reflection on the application of educational technology,and re-construct the benign relationship between human (sub-ject)and technology (instrument).Educational reform is spontaneous educational update.The aim,con-tent,means and effects of educational reform requires careful educational ethics assessment,especially prudent arrangement of the interest distribution,risk-related cost and cost-sharing mechanism,and the en-hancement of the principle of democratic participation,which could guarantee the sound development of educational reform.%__摘_教育国际化、信息化以及教育改革的深化发展,均提出了新的教育伦理问题,需要高度关注。从教育伦理学视角看,教育国际化的实质是形成了大的全球教育市场,必须合理处置国家(政府)、教育机构、教育服务商和受教育者(学生)之间的利益竞合关系,确立全球教育市场运作的价值立场和行为准则。教育信息化正在导致教育系统运行模式与生态结构发生重大变化,需要建立管理虚拟教育世界的价值规范,加强教育技术应用的伦理反思,重构人(主体)与技术(工具)的良性关系。教育改革作为自觉开展的教育更新,其动机、目的、内容、手段和效果,都需要认真进行教育伦理评估,尤其需要慎重安排教育改革的利益分配、风险代价与成本分担机制,强化民主参与原则,从而确保教育改革健康推进。
