钱学森的经济系统工程思想

摘要

Qian Xuesen thought that economic system , as a subsystem of the complicated social giant system , provides material basis for other subsystems , while coordinately developing with them .The complexity of economic problems is reflected from two aspects , one is the relationship between macro -economy and micro-economy , the other is the application of different economic regulatory measures , demonstrating as the multi -level economic structure , multi-stage economic process , heterogeneous nature of economic component and the dynamic and non-linear features of economic system .The methods of economic systematic engineering include the modeling method , the comprehensive analysis combining qualitative and quantitative methods , feedback analysis , coordinate analysis , optimal decision and deepened process analysis .To use these methods of economic systematic methods is significant to solve the complicated problems and stabilize the healthful development of economy .%钱学森认为，作为社会复杂巨系统的一个子系统，经济系统为其他子系统提供物质基础，并应与其他子系统协调发展。经济问题的复杂性表现在两个方面：一是宏观经济与微观经济的关系问题，二是不同经济调节手段的应用问题，主要体现为经济结构的多层次性、过程的多阶段性、组分的异质性、系统的动态性和系统的非线性。经济系统工程方法包括模型化方法、定性与定量相结合的综合集成法、反馈分析、协调分析、决策最优化和深化过程分析。推广使用经济系统工程方法，有利于解决经济发展过程中的复杂问题，保持经济平稳健康发展。
