基于FPGA的畜禽舍环境模糊智能监控系统

         

摘要

针对畜禽舍环境的多变量、时变、非线性和滞后特性,难以建立精确的数学模型问题,采用模糊控制算法,并借鉴专家和养殖技术人员的实际操作经验实现畜禽生长环境的精确稳定控制.设计基于King view的上位机,界面设定不同畜禽种类或同一种类不同生长阶段的生长环境参数,下位机以机器人为移动终端,以KX3C10F+控制板、无线传输模块和执行机构为硬件核心,通过传感器实时检测畜禽舍环境参数,根据传感器输出的不同数字信号进行推理与决策,得到执行机构控制量,动态调整模糊控制器量化因子,控制对应执行机构的运行状态,以保证畜禽所需环境参数值为设定值.结果表明,该系统能够为畜禽提供最佳的生长环境,缩短了生长周期,提高了肉、蛋的产量和品质,实现了高效能的企业化生产,具有较好的实用价值和应用前景.%To solve the problem that the animal building environment is multivariable,time-varying,nonlinear,retarding characteristic and difficult to establish accurate mathematical model,on the basis of the practical experience of experts and breeding technicians,this paper proposes a novel control system based on fuzzy control algorithm to realize the high precision control of animal building growth environment.In this system,PC interface based on King view,is used to set the growth environment parameters for different animal species or the same species on different growth stages.The lower computer takes robot as the mobile terminal,and KX3C10F+ control board,wireless transmission module and execution mechanism as the hardware core,multi-sensors are used to detect the real-time environmental parameters of animal building and output the reasoning and decision-making according to digital difference signal of environmental sensors,then control quantity of the actuator is achieved and the quantization factors of fuzzy controller are dynamically adjusted,thus running state of actuator is controlled and environmental parameters value of the animal building are ensured.Experiments show that it can provide the best growth environment for animal building,shorten growth cycles,improve the yield and quality of meat,eggs and realize the high efficiency and energy saving of the enterprise production,so it has good practical value and application prospect.
