IL-17／IL-23炎症轴在慢性自发性荨麻疹中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of IL-17/IL-23 in-flammatory axis in chronic spontaneous urticaria ( CSU) .Methods:Serum level of IL-17、IL-23 were detected in 158 CSU patients and 121 healthy controls by ELISA.The CSU patients were di-vided into two groups with autologous serum skin test(ASST), and the levels of IL-17、IL-23 of two groups were compared.Results:The levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in CSU patients were signifi-cantly higher than that of controls(t=13.02, 3.87, P<0.01).And the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in ASST positive CSU patients were higher than in ASST negative CSU patients ( t =8.36, 4.96 , P <0.01 ) .Conclusion:The IL-17/IL-23 inflammatory axis plays an important role in CSU, and it can effect autoimmunity level.%目的：研究IL-17／IL-23炎症轴在慢性自发性荨麻疹（ CSU ）中的表达及临床意义。方法：用ELISA法检测并比较158例慢性自发性荨麻疹患者和121例健康者血清中IL-17、IL-23的表达水平；同时用自体血清皮肤实验（ASST）将CSU患者分成ASST（＋）和ASST（－）两组，检测并比较两组血清中IL-17、IL-23的表达水平。结果：CSU患者血清IL-17、IL-23水平较正常对照组表达明显升高（ t值分别为13.02、3.87，P值均＜0.01），ASST（＋）的CSU患者血清中IL-17、IL-23水平较ASST（－）的CSU患者表达升高（t值分别为8.36、4.96，P值均＜0.01）。结论：IL-17／IL-23炎症轴在CSU的发病中起着重要作用，并可影响患者的自身免疫水平。
