微型脉冲供电式倒置接电开关可靠性试验装置

     

摘要

Aimed at the problem that the miniature pulse-powered inversion connection switch of built-in electronic manometer could not be normally powered on, a reliability test device of the miniature pulse-powered electro-optical inversion switch was designed. The device consisted of a small power control motor, which driving several inversion connection switchs rotate, and two subsystems of test circuit. The signals were collected by CPLD and MCU respectively, then they were stored in flash and transferred into the computer for analysis and process. The test result indicated that the device could fulfill different sampling frequency of the inversion connection switch signal in circumstances of high, normal and low temperature. The test signal parameters were conformed to the theoretical parameters. The device could work 17 hours continuously,and nearly 1 000 times tests proved the low power consumption and the reliability of the inversion connection switch according to the test signal parameters.%针对放人式电子测压器中的微型脉冲供电式倒置接电开关对动态存储测试系统无法正常上电的问题,设计了倒置接电开关的可靠性试验装置.该装置由小功率调速电机带动多个倒置接电开关旋转.测试电路包括两套子系统,分别由单片机和CPLD进行采集,之后存储在外部闪存内,再传输到计算机进行分析处理.实际测试表明:该装置电路模块在高温、常温和低温任意一个需要测试的环境中满足倒置接电开关各信号不同的采样频率,测试信号的参数与理论相符.试验装置可以连续工作17h,经过近千次的倒置试验,根据测试信号参数验证倒置接电开关的低功耗和可靠性.
